I know with concrete needs to site in water for quite sometime before it's safe to use. Link to comment
reefhound
i use Polymer products max ACR off ebay (but right down the road from me) check out their info and builds... they don't have it listed on their web site, and you need to request a smaller quantity than a gallon 3 days is the set time before you can add it i'll make the stems and bases with crushed coral/epox mix also, you can buy epoxy coated crushed substrate for marine aquariums Link to comment

BC Serge
Looks interesting, didn't realise you were going to make it so tall. I'm curious to see how this turns out. You must be flying pretty high off the fumes if you're not working in a ventilated area with a mask on. Lol Link to comment
HarryPotter
I use cement, crushed coral, and water. Works great. Link to comment
reefhound
this epoxy is really pretty mild.. I've been working with polymer products for years and am always impressed with their stuff.. this will need a night cure and can be handled lightly.. the taller one is 9" high, the shorter one is 6 and will be in the shadows a little for my acans.. i'm adding hiding spots for my flame tail, tail spot, and blue line pipe atm.. will post Link to comment
reefhound
plenty of hiding spots.. the gap under the big plate is for my blueline... had a similar gap in the plate I took out hot water bath today.. tank tomorrow Zo-Zo peeking out of the corner Link to comment
BC Serge
Nicely done. I can already imagine how cool it would look in the tank when it's got corals on it and fish swimming under it. Link to comment
reefhound
the bigger one was just too big, I may throw it on fleabay the smaller one looks Awesome! will make some more stuff soon... was a little worried about the epoxy in the tank.. but no issues to report at all! Link to comment
