Word-of-mouth is the best form of advertising, as I'm sure you know! Shipping the bulbs is the easy part; ensuring they arrive safe and sound is a bit more challenging. Fortunately, our warehouse crew has a lot of experience in that area and is constantly pushing themselves to improve on all the metrics we measure success by. They are a hard working group so whenever we hear nice feedback like this, we always print it out and put it on the company bulletin board where all can read it so the staff knows their hard work is appreciated by the folks who matter most: our customers!
