Polarcollision
This one mowed down every last bit of hair algae in the dwarf seahorse tank, then moved on to a cyano bloom. I worry that it may no longer be getting enough food, so I'm hoping she/he will be useful to someone else's tank full of hair algae. It's about 3-3.5" long. Yours for $10 if your tank is fully cycled. Prefer local pickup in Seattle since it would need $$$$ overnight shipping. Here she/he is munching away (at 34 seconds). https://youtu.be/Okoyq4aSOjs?t=34s Link to comment

mystersyster
I'm over by Mercer Island and was considering adopting it. I have some cyano. More so I have a bunch of brown algae on my back wall. However, I have been slowly getting rid of it through phosphate remover (phosguard). The other concern I had were my coral frags, and my clam which is about as big, if not smaller than your sea hare. =] Pictures would be great though Link to comment
reefhound
I also have a clam, so far, and as far as I know, they leave them alone Link to comment

Polarcollision
whoops! I didn't follow my own topic. If anyone is/is still interested, please let me know. I'll get your comments now. If you don't have hair algae the sea hare will be in the same situation as it is in my tank. No real food. Are they sensitive to nems? I had a lettuce nudi devoured by my rock nem They can be stung by nems, I don't know if that will kill them though. (?) Link to comment
