Why are my zoas stretching for light?

My zoas seem to be stretching for light, but I'm not sure why. They are in a spec V on the bottom of tank. I'm running a nanobox mini tide at 35% white and 75% blue. I have moved them half way up the rock work but after two days they aren't shortening up yet.

Here are photos of what they looked like when I got them and now:

Beautiful little zoas. Usually when they stretch they are trying to get more light. Looks like you already moved them up a bit. They should shorten up within a little while, it won't happen overnight.

Their previous location was lower flow, but I was still able to see the skirts dancing around, so they had some flow. The spot I moved them to has much more flow as it's only an inch or so below the return outlet flow, so just outside of the "jet stream" if you will.

I thought that the nanobox would keep some zoas pretty happily on the bottom of the tank. Default was 30/70% and I raised it to 35/75 but that didn't seem to be enough. I have some rastas on the bottom as well and they seem to be doing great, but they are much much smaller. And my little ric on the bottom seems to be very fat and happy.
