First mushroom. Have a question

This single head frag has been in my tank a few days. Tonight I noticed it looked like it was almost turning inside out. Is this normal behavior?

Nothing has changed in the tank

Mushrooms and most other soft coral shrink and contract when the lights go out.

Nice zoa choices btw. Just my kind of taste.

Hoping to get some more colorful zoa frags and make a little zoa garden on one side of my tank

I have a 2-inch green hairy mushroom that get's insanely tiny at night too. As long as it's folding up and not inside out you're fine.
