Move from old to new tank

Hi Guys, I had a tank leak so i took water from my IM Nuvo 20G and put into a spare 40L tank, along with my rock and corals, I only have one fish a red spotted goby. My question is, my new tank is ready to setup but i have a major flatworm problem, my idea is to remove my corals from the rocks and dry the rock out to kill and flat works and apitasia i have before i put into my new tank, any advise please.
