Sounds like a good start. SO MUCH POTENTIAL, it's going to be interesting to see what you do with this.

Do you guys think 30lbs dry rock is too little?

i don't, personally I like the minimalist scape I have 15lbs in my 20L and I like it

awesome Im using some old rock which i have in my nuvo 20 its about 20 lbs and i bought about 30lbs from Reefcleaners so we will see how much old rock and new rock I use.

Also devastating news that might have been a godsend. My reefer got here last tuesday and well... guess what. It arrived broken :( it might have been a godsend because god knows I would have been setting up the aquarium and playing with it instead of doing my finals. I did build the cabinet and put in the sump and protein skimmer inside.

Apparently the dudes that were selling it though amazon were Salty Supply i had ordered a current T5 from them years ago when i had my oceanic biocube 29. Chris over there was super prompt in emailing me and has ordered a replacement from Red Sea since the box was undamaged we concluded that that crack was from the factory if it would have been dropped or mishandled in transit the damage would have been far more substantial. I am still awaiting a tracking number from Chris as we are waiting on Red Sea in Texas to make arrangements.

What has occurred

-Moved over all tank inhabitants, sand, rock water from my fusion 20
