Hi Everyone,

i wasn't sure what sub to put my question to, my apologies if it's in the wrong area.

Anyone ever order products from the US - like lighting?

I want to order from Coral Compulsion but it's really impossible to locate any possible brokerage fees through UPS.

Anyone have any experience?

Ironically I ordered my first light from Canada. There were no additional charges that I know of but it came from a big company that may have eaten the charges themselves.

There are no additional charges for US to purchase from Cda.

Heres an ex. 15yrs ago US citizens could cross our border for a day at Niagara falls...the duty free allowance was $700(i think its more now)

My duty free allowance for a day in the US was $50...

Cda charges Canadians duties for purchasing from the US unless its 100% all components made in US(excluding certain products like tobacco and alcohol). Then we are also charged our provincial taxes, depending on the province, it can be an additional 7%-13%
