fgeer85
Hey guys. Sorry to keep posting topics on this forum but I'm concerned. When I got home from work, I noticed that one of my hermit shells was bright white. Later, when I looked harder at my tank, I noticed that some patches of my live rock are also bright white. I got my first clown fish and CUC 2 days ago. I just did my first water testing since then....ammonia - 0 pH - 8.0 nitrite - 0 nitrate - 5.0 what's going on with my live rock/hermit shell? is it bleaching from the LED lights? do i have them on too long? or is it something with my water? LeCharlesMuhDickens
Cuc is probably scouring the rock work. Link to comment
ajmckay
What's your CUC? I would second that if you come back and there are patches of "cleaned" area then the CUC is doing it's job Link to comment
