MarsRover
I think its time to start a thread to watch the growth of this tank now that it is done cycling and i'm beginning stocking. About 3 weeks ago I got a couple zoanthus frags. Then i picked up a coral banded shrimp and two, twin dot gobies (Signigobius biocellatus - bonded M/MF pair!) about a week ago. Yesterday i picked up the leather, the knopia polyps, and the blue gorgonian yesterday with the Onyx snowflake percula. Lighting: Coralife 24" T5 fixture Filter: penguin bio-wheel 75 Skimmer: AquaC Nano Remora http://vid377.photobucket.com/albums/oo213/NasiocGreenlantern/IMG_9344.MOV-1_1.mp4 Link to comment
MarsRover
OH NOES!!! so woke up this morning to my beloved clown with what looks like ich: looks like my spotted gobies are suffering from it too. Going to leave work in a few hours and run and pick up a QT and treat with copper. Questions: what do i do about the coral banded shrimp in my tank and the decorator crab and the zoanthus/softies?? just leave them in there while the vertibrates are in QT and hope the ich life cycle dies?? Thanks Link to comment
MarsRover
Ugh, so after loosing both my two spot gobies and my clown, i return to you humbled. My flame tail is still looking healthy in the tank, but quarantining the clown was unsuccessful. Quarantine tank setup, i shall never not quarantine. I've learned my lesson. That said, look who has decided to rear its head! Tossed him into this tank out of my oceanic after finding him migrating across the sand in the oceanic after purchasing live rock to start it cycling. figured he'd have a better chance in a cycled tank. Guess that was right! ID seeking thread located here: http://www.nano-reef.com/topic/373463-id-anemones/ Link to comment
