Clown79
My tank is 10mnths old and after my blenny passed my clown was all alone. I added another clown and they paired off immediately. I can't get enough of watching these 2 together. Link to comment

Hammerstone
They are very goofy. I never realized they could be lonely until i had 2 it's true in my experience. I had my female for a year before I got the second. My husband kept telling me know, that there would be a slaughter. She did try to kill him for a bit so I stuck her in a net in the tank and closed the lid so it would stay. He stayed by her the entire time. When k let her go they got together and have been happily married ever since lol. Link to comment
lallen_74
Nice-looking clowns! I can't wait to replace my second one; having a pair is a blast. They're so funny. Link to comment
Clown79
Its a very fascinating relationship they have. I got my new clown Sat. They immediately were friends. There was a bit of aggression when it came to sleeping quarters but the next day all was resolved. They are funny! Link to comment

Clown79
I love clowns. I've had a few tanks with them and this was the first time I have seen only minimal aggression. It was like love at first sight for them.lol xAyanex- you'll love having clowns. Very entertaining. My two just started hosting my frogspawn. First time my clowns have hosted a coral. Fyi: when you get your clowns try getting 1 smaller than the other Link to comment

Fyi: when you get your clowns try getting 1 smaller than the other That was the plan! I've read a lot about checking to see if they are a "mated pair" when you buy them, but I don't see how you could tell. Link to comment
Clown79
If they are in a tank just the pair its possible but in a tank full of clowns it would be harder to confirm mted pair. Most of the mated pairs I have seen in stores are the only clowns in the tank Link to comment
RIP Sebastian
My tank is 10mnths old and after my blenny passed my clown was all alone. I added another clown and they paired off immediately. I can't get enough of watching these 2 together. I love watching mine, too! My family always complains about how they don't move around much, but they're just so cute! Link to comment
