Hammerstone
Do those sound like the bad kind? Just noticed them. Mojano (sp) or aiptasia? Couldn't take a picture if I wanted to. They are near the back of the tank and on a rock. Very tiny cluster of about 5. Definitely glowing in the blue lights. Link to comment
Nano sapiens
May be collonial hydroids. They look like small, little thin tentacled anemone heads, but on a hard tube and glow greenish in higher light levels. Link to comment
ndrobey
Could be: Aiptasia - bad Mejanos - bad Hydroids - bad I suggest a destroy mission. Link to comment
Hammerstone
Can I try to yank them out? They are really tiny. Do they get bigger? Sounds like the hydroids. Lucky me ??. They look very delicate and wispy. Really thin tentacles that sway with the current. I was thinking maybe I need them to grow a little bit then yank them, like the size of the first pad of my pointer finger. Actually a little smaller. Link to comment
ReefSafeSolutions
You could put some putty/super glue over them if they're super tiny maybe? Link to comment
Rural
Best bet is remove and quarantine. If you wanted to find out what they are or their potential. Otherwise biological control is best... Link to comment
Hammerstone
My Female Occy would kill any living thing that crawls or swims unfortunately. She tries to kill my hand and the dropper I use for feeding. She doesn't bother anenomies or corals though. It jus her and her husbands tank lol. I could use tweezers maybe to pull them out maybe. This tank has been running about 21/2 years. I think something must've come in with my RFAs. Link to comment
