HELP!

i purchased Biokit Reef Nano from Prodibio to help with my nitrate problem in my nano (see link in signature).

The directions say each vile is good for 0-30 gallons. Mine is close to like, 3-5gal.

I added Biodigest and Bioptim last night as per instructions (they said you can put all five in at once but i decided to split because of what i read somewhere else on here). This morning i added the whole reefbooster vial (shouldn't have done it before coffee time....)

This stuff CLOUDED UP MY TANK like crazy.

I don't really know what to do....

did a small water change.... still cloudy.

on the plus side, over night my NO3 went from 50+ to 5! (Red sea test kit).

Ideas?

Is this cloud going to kill my fish/corals??

Thanks everyone

you are experiencing a bacterial bloom - I would monitor all livestock closely as the bacterial bloom can quickly deplete oxygen from the water - water changes are recommended but it will not clear the tank, you will have to wait till it passes. make sure you are skimming wet as well.

Uhhhh, no......

The reef booster is an opaque liquid. It made my tank cloudy. I'm asking if I should let it try and settle....or, perform water changes enough to where is dilutes and clears.

Bacteria won't automagically instantly bloom before my eyes in a crystal clear tank by adding ANY chemical......the reef booster liquid is opaque.........

Yeah, I guess it just takes a while to clear up....

For reference, see the vial of reef booster is opaque:
For reference, 10 hours starting to clear.
