I wanted to order a k2-50 skimmer and there website showed 1 in stock, I called to confirm they had it in stock before I placed my order and the receptionist said that she would have someone from inventory email me back within a few hours. 15 minutes later I get an email confirming the skimmer is in stock so I placed my order right away. 20 minutes after that I get an email saying my skimmer was shipped. I sent an email back thanking them for there promt response and shipping info, not only did I get an email in return thanking me for my order they sent me out a free t-shirt also. They went above and beyond my expectations of an online shop and will be placing many orders with them in the future. Also one of the best things they offer is free shipping with no minimum purchase amount and shortly after placing my order the skimmer showed out of stock.
