boshk
Would this be overstocked: 2 Ocellaris/Percula clownfish (1 Black, 1 normal) 1 Yellow Watchman Goby 1 Dottyback 1 Tailspot Blenny 1 Sixline Wrasse 1 Shunk Scarlet Shrimp 1 Hermit crab 1 Peppermist Shrimp (may have to remove him, he went for my Torch coral once) 1 Pistol shrimp (hopefully he becomes friends with the YWG) I have the CUC in DT along with 1 Green tip Torch Coral and a GSP. YWG and Dottyback are in 8G QT for now, adding the 2 clowns later, then the Blenny and Wrasse. (can I realistically get away with putting all 6 fish in the QT for a month or do the Blenny and Wrasse in a month's time?) Opinions welcome on my stocking......changes, possible issues....more of xyz... (PS I would like a Yellow Tang, can buy him small less than an inch but I would need to sell him when he gets bigger right?) Link to comment

boshk
not even close to overstocked, on the yellow tang I'll personally say yes get him small he should be fine then sell him but for others they may try to shun you lol I did think about doing that on the Yellow Tang or even Regal/Purple Tang but I did a bit of research of them. They are very prone to Ich just because of the way mother nature intended if I read it correctly. They swim for over 20-30miles daily to get food and so I am guessing any form of ich cant really reattach but in a closed off environment....they are the first to get it. LFS has tiny Yellow and Regal tang about 3/4in for sale. My updated list is: 2x Clownfish 1 YWG 1 Royal Gramma or Dottyback 1 Tail spot Blenny (if they have it here) 1 Flame Prawn Goby (if they have it here) 1 Pajama Cardinalfish (consideration if stocking is okay: 1 Firefish 3x Blue/Green Chromis 1 Azure Damselfish) In DT already: 1 Pistol shrimp (for the YWG, hope they become best buddies) 1 Shunk Scarlet shrimp 1 Peppermint shrimp (in jail) 1 red leg hermit (he doesn't care what he knocks over) 1 Bumble-bee snail 2 snails Link to comment

sidneysix
Sounds good! flame prawn goby are stunning! I would not bother with the chromis, they will likely fight and you will just end up with the 1. Link to comment
boshk
Finally, got my fish. I know some would probably have a go at me but they are all small except for the Firefish and female Ocellaris clownfish who are both around 1 1/4 in long. 1x Black Ocellaris (this little fella is a pig, ate all 15 micro pellets within 20mins of a freshwater dip and entering QT) 1x Orange Ocellaris (female...to be) 1x Firefish 1x Six Line Wrasse 1x Azure Damselfish 1x Pajama Cardinalfish All six are in the QT (9G) 1x YWG-in smaller QT (5G) nearly 2 weeks Link to comment
