AWillroth
I have a 2.5 year old 20 gallon reef and right now I have a medium sized Ocellaris Clown, a 3-inch yellow watchmen goby, a yellow clown goby, and a blue neon goby. I know 4 fish in 20 gallons is already pushing it in a lot of peoples eyes, but everythings been super stable for years with these 4. I've been wondering if theres another small fish that might be fun to add. Maybe a 2nd clown goby? Any thoughts? Link to comment
AWillroth
I'd considered it. My clownfish is kind of a butt, though. Tiny gobies are all he's ever left alone. Link to comment
Astinus
Tailspot blenny? I 2nd this... I am or will be adding a Pistol shrimp Goby Pair. The Bottom dwelling Gobies are fun to watch, imo. Link to comment
Pyremind
Return your butt clownfish for a non-butt one. I think they cost more though. Link to comment

jbrfish
Maybe your clown needs a partner? Link to comment
Fishmademepoor
Maybe your clown needs a partner? Though if you do go this route, get the clown small because the clown in your tank has already become a female. That means the new clown will need to be the male and less dominant than his new partner. Link to comment
Dreichler
what i would do, and most hobbyist favorite thing, get a clown to host to an anemone if he's not already in one, i have a green BTA about the size of a basketball, and my wild caught percula plays around in it 24/7 and its just amazing to watch... otherwise, maybe a nice midas blenny, find a more "rare" midas with a glowing blue on the bottom of him, thats what i got and his personality is like no other, swims very nicely, and back up into the tiniest holes and peeks his head out...
