Quarantining Chaeto Question

I'm about to add a small fuge to my IM Nuvo 16g and I've been quarantining the chaeto I bought from LFS for the past 6 weeks to remove any unwanted hitchhiker pests. I'm about ready to set it up in my DT, but want to ask the community if there are any additional cautions to take before introducing to the DT? Here's a picture of the chaeto from inside my QT - there's some long stringy/vine-like pieces coming from the main colony - should I have any concern about it? Thanks for any input!

Bump for a good question.

I read a few posts from other forums and some people just do a freshwater dip before placing into DT. But a lot are hesitant to treat with copper or other meds due to the fact they might be absorbed by the chaeto.

I'm planning on adding chaeto in the next couple weeks and I'm thinking of just starting with a very small piece to minimize invasion risks. And I'm sure I will treat it with something.
