Assistance needed on 2 part

I'm running a 29g biocube and use tropic Marin classic salt. I have been dosing b ionic 2 part for about 2 weeks. 7.5ml every morning.

 

So far it seems my oh is rising but my calcium has not moved any thought?

 

Current tests are with Red Sea pro test kits

 

Calcium 350

Kh 10

Mag 1240

 

Ph has also not changed at 8.0

Might need to dose more Calcium....possibly raise Mag closer to 1350 or 1400 as well.

 

I was dosing B-Ionic but needed more Cal than Alk

 

Edit: If you're using good salt you may have a bad Cal test, might want to have it double checked.

It's designed to be dosed equally but if your consumption rates aren't the same then you won't be able to dose equally. 350 Cal seems really low if you're keeping up with water changes, although I'm not sure what TM mixes to normally.

 

Do you have a LFS that can confirm the Cal test results you're getting? If your Alk is slowly rising you may want to cut back on the amount you're dosing each day or switch to every other day.

 

Do you have a lot of hard coral?

My Api and Red Sea pro test kits both are testing at 350-360 calcium. TM mixes to around 380. I'm almost out of salt and plan on switching to tropic Marin bio active salt which advertises 440 calcium and 8-9 kh.

 

I'm doing weekly 5 gallon water changes and have not missed one since starting the tank, as far as corals go all I have are a few frags. (2) acan frags, torch and hammer frag, single head Duncan, medium zoa and a gsp frag.

 

I appreciate the help, considering I've been doing 7.5 ml everyday what do you suggest I dose at?
