I pulled off the black tape in the back and would like to get a small LED light to grow some chaeto back there. Anybody have any cheap and effective suggestions on how to do this? SaltyVT Posted February 12, 2016 Share Posted February 12, 2016 In the back of my biocube 8 I'm using a puck style light, probably used for under cabinet. I built a small enclosure for the light and used Velcro to attach it. Recently I found on Amazon LED replacement for the original CF bulb. It's perfect at 6500k and bright as hell. I don't have any comment on how well it works yet, I just recently installed it and haven't gotten my Chaeto for it yet. Link to comment
