Lighting for Cadlights 18g

Trying to decide on lighting for a new tank - Cadlights 18g aio.

• The Cadlights tank is quite nice and want to lite it up appropriately.
• I am using a Vortech 10 pump (considered the gyre 130 but too much real estate and no night mode),
• Got a media basket from the in-tank guys. What should I put in the three chambers? the third chamber is HUUGGEE!!
• Planning on using BRS pukani dry live rock, and Tropic Eden Live Reeflakes as substrate, and feeding it with a small piece of live rock from LFS.
• Trying not to go to a protein skimmer... Want to keep the look of the tank sleek.

Just getting started in the hobby.
