Live rock question

So I am moving (i currently have a 5 gallon nano reef). I have a brand new 29 gallon biocube I will be setting up for the transfer when the lease starts. My friend is giving me a TON of live rock from his stocked tank and ill be putting it in a 5 gallon bucket with a heater water and bubbler. If i start the new tank out with that live rock... will it be ok to move my livestock into it within a day or 2 or will it have to cycle?

Stock in 5 Gallon:
super small clown

super small yellow tail damsel

corals:
frogspawn
hammer
anthelia
4 types of zoas

button polyps

duncan

acan

couple types of shrooms

finger leather

kenya tree

gsp

skunk cleaner shrimp

emerald crab

3 small hermits

7 various snails (turbo, astrea, nassarius)

If possible I would let the rock from your friend settle in the new tank for a few days, but if that's not possible you should still be fine but there is a chance of a mini cycle. Just test your parameters daily and keep some prime on hand just in case you need to detox any ammonia.
