Well it turns out that they hired a new SW guy and he is in charge of ordering fish. I don't know why I have been wanting one so bad I guess I just like the way they look. He is really active but he seems to have found a nice cave to chill in for the night. Now I just need a pistol shrimp. Link to comment

Newstead Posted January 15, 2016 Share Posted January 15, 2016 Love our YWG and Randalli pistol. The Randalli stays small enough not to be a threat to anything and they are a hoot to watch. Be sure your rock is on the bottom and not just sitting on top of the sand. It is amazing how the pistols can tunnel! Link to comment

righttirefire Posted January 16, 2016 Share Posted January 16, 2016 I have a red banded hi-fin and candy cane. Depending tank size and goby size should determine your shrimp. Cane candy's can struggle to build a big enough burrow for larger gobies according to my research. Tigers will get bigger and can accommodate larger gobies... My candy cane built a huge burrow... but my goby is about 1.5" and my shrimp is.bigger than 1" but smaller than my goby Link to comment
