Ive always used t-5s and MH lighting butbulb replacement is getting expensive and the rsm stock lighting doesnt produce the shimmer or colour im after. Im going to bite the bullet and fit leds in my rsm 130c. I'd greatly appreciate any input,suggestions and most of all recommendations.Can it be done with the likes of the aqua illumination leds. I know you can get retrokits from steves and rapidled. i did like jedimasterbens combo. Link to comment

StinkyBunny Posted January 10, 2016 Share Posted January 10, 2016 We've had 2 Steve's LED retrofit kits for the 130D and I love them. Easy to set up, easy to program if you use the Typhon controller. I wouldn't choose anything else and as soon as I get one I'll have one for the RSM250. Link to comment

Are you talking about the same tank or 2 different ones? 2 different tanks. I can't say enough good about their systems. If you're not good with electricity, they make it totally plug and play. The growth from their lights was great as was their customer service which seems to be lacking with some companys these days. Link to comment
