I was wondering if any of you have tried the Hydor SlimSkim in an IM Nuvo 20. If so, how well does it fit? Does it perform well? And can you compare it to the IM Desktop skimmer? Link to comment
uwharrie Posted December 1, 2015 Share Posted December 1, 2015 Not sure about the Nuvo but I am using one in my Biocube 29. My only issue so far is when I turn the pumps off the water level in the sump goes up and the cup floats/floods. Am going to try and put eggcrate in the bottom of the sump and raise the skimmer a bit. The space is too tight for using the magnets that come with it. Link to comment
