Isaurus tuberculatus (aka Snake Polyps)

Isaurus tuberculatus, also know as snake polyps, pickle polyps, d*ck polyps, as my friend likes to calls them.....

 

Weird little things that I don't see or hear of often. Anyone have any, that would like to share pictures and experiences?

 

I've been having a frag of some for a while now and they are a deep green and open up mostly every night. They didn't open much at all but I suspect that high light and moonlighting makes them open up more. Frequent feeding does seem to accelerate growth as well.

 

Here's a pic of almost all of mine opened up. They accept bits of meaty food.
