shawnriv
I purchased a used Bubble Magnus NAC3 skimmer a while back and a small crack has developed on the side releasing some of the bubbles produced. My tank is 65G and currently only housing two clowns but has a bit of algae. Unfortunately the skimmer isn't pulling much of anything and I will be running a bio pellet reactor for carbon dosing and keeping mainly SPS coral. I know a skimmer will be playing a huge part in the success of my tank since bio pellet reactor require strong skimming. If I were to upgrade my skimmer there are two on the market I am interested in: Reef Octopus Classic 150INT Reef Octopus Classic 150SSS Link to comment
dragonxflare
The 150INT is nice, I like it because it saves room in the sump for other stuff, since the pump is located into the skimmer. You can also look at the Omega Vertex line. They are great skimmers and built like a tank. Link to comment

I recently purchased a lot of equipment including the bio-pellet reactor so I'm looking to stay within the Reef Octopus line since they're more affordable. I agree the 150INT is nice and has a good track record but the other 150SSS is new to the market and seems to pack a good punch. Link to comment
