It has 4 channels and 1 channel dedicated for moonlight. All controlled by bluefish wireless controller. The fan is super quiet, I had this in my room and heard nothing. It does not come with gooseneck, but I'm pretty sure Dave can put one on if that's your preference. Love the light but I'm in need of cash so I need to sell.
