Roshan8768
Got this frag 2 weeks ago and placed it half way up my 40 breeder in medium to heavy indirect flow. I have a Razor which I run at 40% white 65% blue. The frag still has good polyp extension and the colors dont look faded to me. There is however one branch that is resting on the rock I mounted it on which has some tissue necrosis. Since the necrosis is in the middle of the branch and the rest of thecolony looks good, I am thinking that this may be due to the frag being bumped around in the current against the rock while it settled into it's new environment (I didn't glue it, just wedged the plug in a hole) Thoughts? Original: Now: In person it does not look washed out or lighter at all, so ignore the lighter appearance in pic #2. This is the only SPS coral in my tank, have some bulletproof softies that are doing well. Check my tank journal in my sig for a better idea of what my tank is like. Let me know what you guys would do, and thoughts on when it should start showing improvement or growth. Thanks! Link to comment
