16-18k LED mix on DIY for sump

Looking at maybe using some extra parts and doing a light to have a frag rack in a sump. Looking to get a 16-18k color look, challenge is no dimming and all 1 channel. This would be a simple on/off. I have a couple of RapidLED moonlight drivers, one of which I'll use for this. I was thinking something like...

1x SEMILED Violet

1x Rebel Royal Blue

1x CREE Blue

1x Rebel Neutral White

Would that be close to 16-18k? Or am I way off?

Radiums don't look anything like that lol.

Again, for a high color temperature, you will need several more royal blue than you do white.

Since this would be over a frag section in a sump, what would you suggest? 3x RB, 1x NW? Would that leave me with a spectrum that is too narrow or anything? If I won't be able to get the kind of color linked above with a moonlight driver, I could also go more than 4 LEDs with one of these, which I have laying around. What about using that with 3x RB, 1x blue, 1x NW, 1x Violet?
