DurocShark
Am I the only one tired of posts with pics from Photobucket where the account is closed, out of bandwidth, or the photo is deleted? That crappy green pic of a cat is really irritating... (YAPBT: Yet Another Photobucket Thread) I'm pretty sure I've seen other people complain, but I couldn't find any current threads. I know there's always a risk when using a hosting site, but there are ways to get around the limitations and issues. Pick one with a huge limit. I prefer imgur myself. But there are others like Flickr that have pretty big limits. Create an account just for forum posts. If an account is free, why mix forum post pics with pics of your cat, dog, baby, whatever? Create MULTIPLE accounts for your forum posts if you run out of space. Seriously! Max one out? Make another one! DurocShark1, DurocShark2, etc. You just have to burn multiple free email addresses. Yeah, a pain, but still... Upload directly to NR! You can add photos directly through the WYSIWYG interface, without using a hosting site at all! Remember, these forum posts are referred back to YEARS after the discussion is over. Often the photos shared in that thread are key to the information, rendering entire interesting threads useless when the photo is no longer available. Think of all the slippery dick pics you could save if you don't have those pics disappear after a short time! Link to comment
Pinner Reef
I've grown to despise that cat.... They should at least change it up a bit. Link to comment
jamescstein
My problem is that I am OCD and absent minded at the same time,. I am constantly moving mic pictures around and re-organizing them. Link to comment
