I sent the buyer the receipt and when he called DA to get some help in setting it up they said warranty was good because he had receipt. Of course who knows if neptune is the same. Link to comment

From what I can find warranty/support transfer if you have the original receipt. Are you using the Fusion cloud based control? I also read you can remove this controller from your Fusion account to clear it for a new owner. I'm interested, but only if the warranty, support and Fusion account are usable. You simply need to log into your fusion account and remove the apex you have registered. Once thats done someone else can register it and link it to their account Link to comment
