isaacharry
who doses the b-ionic two part? and if so do you do the recommended dosage Link to comment
HarryPotter
You should be testing to make sure you are dosing the correct amount. Every tank has different requirements. Edit: But I use B-ionic 2 part. The trick is to start with a relatively small amount and then if your parameters drop, add more to your daily dosing. Link to comment

Nanofreak79
I use it and love it, I've used BRS stuff too, as well as a few others. B-ionic works great, like Harry said you don't want to be using there starting dose info. Get some good test kits for mag, calcium and alkalinity, the basic test every reefer should have. Once you know your parameters and decide your tank needs such a certain amount to keep perams in check slowly dose until you hit your mark. From this you test at the same time everyday, twice if you want, morning and night. Add the specified amount to raise the alkalinity for example, but do it slow. Basically don't shock your system. I'd pick up a thing of mag, b-ionic makes some. Your magnesium must be in the correct range or dosing the others will get you nowhere. Ballpark mag number 1280-1400 Link to comment
vlangel
I also use their 2 part and it works great for me, especially since I use IO salt which is close to NSW in parameters. The 2 part allows me to get CA and alk where I want it. I also dose ions magnesium. Link to comment
reefist
I have used it off and on for years. It works as well as any other 2 part out there. I'm currently using C-Balance. Just check your alk and go to the jdieck reef calculator to find out exactly how much product you need to add. Link to comment
