billybatz9
Can you dip Acans in hydrogen peroxide? If so, what's the ratio of saltwater water and h202? And for how long to dip. I did a test with a small acan. Dipped for 3 min with 50/50, and it's filled with bubbles. Not sure if this is good or not. These Acans have bryopsis and I would like to try to get rid of it before entering it into my tank. Link to comment

Then you can rinse with tank water or new saltwater. Oh yeah just a little paint brush with straight peroxide Link to comment
metrokat
Bryopsis comes back even after a peroxide dip. IT will be gone for 2 weeks then back. Link to comment

metrokat
Kent Tech M works for many people, there is an additive in it that kills the algae. Google bryopsis and kent tech M and you'll see many threads. It did not work for some people, likely due to the species of byropsis which may be resistant to it. My personal suggestion is to toss the frags. I've been battling it for 2 years, not fun. Link to comment
