isaacharry
I use red sea coral pro salt. so all the params are normal with that salt, after five days my calcium dropped to 370ppm so i know i have to dose calcium however, my alk/kh rises. my kh is at 15.7 doh and alk is at 5.59 meq/l i do not dose anything at the moment. so what would cause it to raise so much? shouldn't it be dropping Link to comment
Admonition
Your tank stats would be a great help (like gallons, corals, tank maturity, etc). Also, how much does your alk rise in what time frame? Did you do anything to the water between readings? What test kit are you using? Link to comment

It would be much easier for people to see details about your tank- your responses would be much more detailed and specific Link to comment
