koreandrama
A look into my "seoul" reef The beginning Equipment: Tank: ADA 60-F Stand: IKEA Besta Lighting: Ecotech Radion XR15w Pro w/RMS mount Filtration: Aquaclear 70 with inTank media basket Future plans: Trying to keep this as "budget" as possible by buying used equipment and eliminating as much equipment as possible. I don't plan on running any type of skimmer and hope that water changes will be suffice. I still plan to buy a Tunze Nano osmolator and a Ecotech MP10 pump. Not sure of what I plan to stock as of yet but mainly zoas and softies with a few select SPS... Link to comment

koreandrama
so its been a about two weeks since everything has been up and running and the water is still pretty cloudy. Could it be because there is no surface skimming? Not sure. I have changed the water twice since having it running. Link to comment
akma
It;s probably cloudy because of a bacterial bloom. It'll go away in time. Is that real reef rock? I setup my tank with real reef rock and my tank was cloudy for about a month. Link to comment
