PieMan2k
http://oceanboxdesigns.com/portfolio/3-gallon-aio-pico-frag-tank/ I will be starting 29g biocube in December when Christmas hits. My dad has a 55g reef and I was wondering if we could use one of these as a frag tank/ hold tank for my biocube? If so what light should I put on it maybe a par38? Link to comment
ajmckay
Yeah sure why not? I suppose it depends on what kinds of frags you'll be using - looks to be designed more around SPS frags, but that's not to say you couldn't keep any number of things in there. So are you planning on fragging stuff from the 55 to populate the BC? For a <6" tall tank you shouldn't need much of a light... a par38 should be plenty I would think. Link to comment

Ya probably frag from the 55 or if there is a coral I like and it's on sale just put it in there until I get my tank up and running. Plus we can use it as kinda a quarantine for new frags before putting them in the main tank. Link to comment
