WRX
Tank is an IM 10 with a small clown, a tiger pistol shrimp, and a hi fin goby. Prior to today, I hadn't seen the hi fin goby for about 3 weeks, so I got a yellow watchman. I assumed the hi fin was dead as I couldn't find it in the rear chambers, it wasn't coming out to eat, etc. When I was doing a water change and swapping out the media in my In Tank basket, the hi fin was in the middle basket and alive. Are the gobies likely to live peacefully together, or should I plan on trying to remove one? Link to comment
Bingo1213
I have kept two together but it was in a very large tank. I had no problems but again idk if that was because it was a 300 gallon tank or not. Link to comment
GTi
I had these in my 55. The Hi Fin would stay in a tiny hole in the rock popping out mainly to eat. I never saw agression even though they were on the same side of the tank but the Hi Fin did keep a low profile. Link to comment
YaBoyLaj
they should be fine, they are more docile species. My pink spot was super aggressive with my with the wheelers in there... but pink spots are way more aggressive then yours Link to comment
WRX
So far no problems. They have burrows in adjacent rocks and seem to be ok. The pistol shrimp goes into both. Link to comment
WRX
The tank has only the yellow watchman goby now. The hi fin was found on the floor this morning, it was able to jump out of the IM 10 even with the mesh lid on. Link to comment
Normang
Don't that sucks sorry to hear that. Crazy how they can still escape even with the mesh on. Link to comment
Jrlevn
Sorry. I had the same thing happen to me and my high fin. They will find a way. Link to comment
