billybatz9
What should I run in my biocube 29? ChemiPure, ChemiPure Elite, or ChemiPure Blue? What do you think is the best to run? Or just Carbon? Link to comment
masterbuilder
Carbon. Add some GFO if you need PO4 reduction. Link to comment
mystersyster
I agree. I run carbon and GFO and have the same, probably better results than Chemipure. In my opinion, chemipure is overpriced. Link to comment
HarryPotter
I use Chemipure blue out of convenience. Yes, it's a bit more expensive, but it's so easy to just pop in a packet every two months rather than deal with making your own packets with stockings and zip ties! Link to comment

HarryPotter
What size do you run? The pack for a 50g; I think the 5.5oz? Link to comment
crusoe
I ran a very small amount of GFO and carbon in my 10gallon, boy was the water clear. But Hammers HATED it, they shrivelled right up. Two weeks of not running either GFO or carbon and they're fattened right up again. Just be careful, especially if you're on a small tank. Link to comment
