mystersyster
Not a baby, a beneficial species of bristle worm. They are good for your tank, much like earth worms to a garden. I have a bunch in my tank. Link to comment

Simulated Fish
I haven't removed it from the tank yet, it is in the corner far away from my other corals. Should I remove it or let it grow? Link to comment

So based on my reading this little guy requires spot feeding. Should I start now or is it to little to actually feed? Thanks for the ID! Link to comment

Simulated Fish
Hey amazing ID brandon429! I spot feed the little pseudocorynactis tonight and the tentacles lached right on and pulled it in! It is growing fast too, tenticals have about doubled since I posted for ID, about 2-3 mm. So glad I waited and let it grow! Can't wait to see how big he will get with regular spot feedings, though I did give him more then it could chew ha-ha my clown woke up and snached away a midnight snack. pseudocorynactis. its those ball tipped tentacles thats the giveaway, common hitchiker on real ocean rock thats been tank cured not only is it a keeper but if you were my neighbor Id pay you 20xx for it now, its rarish. no scrape, leave lol./ it turns out your habit of live and let live especially before id confirmation has paid off, you get a rare free guy. Simulated Fish
Update! I did some aquascape changes and picked up a couple pepperment shrimp, to clear up a couple aiptasia that popped up. Pepperment shrimp went to town and the aiptasia were gon in less then 2 days! They haven't touched the other corals so I seem to be lucky with them. Also spotted my old friend brisle worm tonight and man he is huge, easily 4 or 5 inches!!! In other news, my intank media Basket is in the mail and will be here on Wed the 7th, I plan on using floss, then carbon, and then GFO. Any thoughts? FTS Brisle worm!! Also I just spotted a smaller one on the left rock! Thanks for checking in! Link to comment
mystersyster
I run GFO and carbon as well. Bulk reef supply has a calculator you can use so that you only use the amount you need. Do you have a skimmer on this thing? Link to comment
Simulated Fish
Do you have a skimmer on this thing? No I do not have a protein skimmer. Link to comment
mystersyster
No I do not have a protein skimmer. If you can afford it, you should get one. If not I wouldn't stress. Just be diligent about water changes. you should start a build thread in members aquariums Link to comment

Sadly my budget is a bit tight, baby on the way, I would love one. Unfortantly I can't find a nano skimmer that will fit in my back tank, that is silent, works well, AND cheep. That might be asking to much..... Link to comment
Simulated Fish
Well thanks to unfortunately losing a couple people at the restaurant just haven't had any free time to start the actual build post but I really wanted to get on here and update my hitchhiker! Boy oh boy were you guys right on the dot with the orange bubble tip, look at how big this guy is getting! Link to comment
Guits
I'm not good at IDs but that looks like a nice hitchhiker to me! Link to comment
