They’re a perfect balance of function, aesthetics, and savings compared to fully built retail sumps. dLux Sump Kits are currently available for the standard 10G / 20L glass aquariums and can be ordered from: http://oceanboxdesigns.com/store/ I'm currently working with a partner to make a 40B sump kit to be available soon as I'm not equipped to be able to make them on my own. I understand that the 40B is the one of the most popular aquarium used to sumped a larger reef tank so I'm trying to make this happen for the not so nano-reef guys. If you're interested in pre-ordering, which can help me with the initial fabrication costs, feel free to leave a comment below and I will get in touch with you. Please allow 2-3 weeks to ship for any build-to-order kits. They're hand-made so I don't always have them in stock to ship right away. Marc.The.Shark
Dude, baffles are finally siliconed in. Had to leave the last one out for space issues cause of that big ass pump I bought! lol. But I did put a little 1/2 CPVC line off of one of the drain elbows that I can open a little to keep the return section stirred up,if the ATO doesn't do it. And don't worry, I have plans for that extra red baffle! (Hint: might make a good shelf for my Marine Color doser! Lol) Link to comment

Sorry I'm unable to do internal teeth over 12x12" size. 15" is pretty high for a sump baffle though? but you said holding tank, do the teeth have to be up top or can it be in the middle or lower? If they can be in the middle or lower and don't have to go all the way across, I can probably do 11.75x14" high. Link to comment
bartek
Okay, we can do in the middle, 14". Link to comment
