I contacted them with regards to purchasing a replacement piece for the 301 skimmer. I had gotten this skimmer from someone else a few years ago. The customer service rep simply asked me to send him of picture of the piece I needed and then he mailed it to me free no questions asked. Excellent customer service! Thanks again Link to comment

Ryan_E Posted August 10, 2015 Share Posted August 10, 2015 Their customer service is great. I have their 45 gallon system and it has been great. Only thing I did not like is their stock plumbing. The tank, skimmer, and stand have all been great so far! Link to comment
brad908 Posted October 27, 2015 Share Posted October 27, 2015 I bought a custom 48x18x14 with 4 side starphire glass and clear silicon from SCA. They're pricing was by far the cheapest of all quotes I received, but that had no impact on the quality. Tank is top notch, very similar to all the ADA and Mr. Aqua tanks I've owned. The process took a little longer than expected, so they gave me a credit to cover some of the shipping costs. Overall, A+. Link to comment
