Any ammonia is too much ammonia Salinity a bit high Calcium a bit low Link to comment
seabass Posted August 6, 2015 Share Posted August 6, 2015 Any ammonia is too much ammonia Yep, your tank's biofilter is being overwhelmed. Did you just start this tank? If not, has there been a death in your tank? Salinity a bit high I agree, 1.025 is a more common specific gravity. However, when you dilute this down, the other parameters will also go down. Testing with a calibrated refractometer will help ensure that this measurement is correct. What are you testing with? Around 1300 would be better. Link to comment
