air in dosing pump lines

No.

 

Sounds like you are losing suction. What dosing pump is this? You can probably add a check valve if it keeps backfilling

jebao, and is there a specific valve or just a regular air check valve

You are priming it to start off, right? So there's no air?

 

I have a Jebao and had the same issue. Check valves on the outputs (right before into tank) worked perfectly

 

Yes, regular check valves (air line)

According to the Jebao instructions, you're supposed to run water through the lines until all air bubbles are gone. You do this before you calibrate the doser.

yes i followed the instructions exactly save for using water to calibrate, i used what was going to be doesed.

Then yeah its just the Jebao pumps can't hold suction.... So get some check valves. Then it can't go backwards
