TSB with Kinked Spine - Good news!

Hi, my one-month-old TSB has developed an odd kink/hump right behind his head. Initially I panicked, thinking it was Fish TB, but he showed no signs of lesions, distress or abnormality in behavior/physical appearance (except the kink). He developed the kink about three days ago. It hasn't gotten worse, but I'm worried. I have been feeding him Hikari Marine S pellets (daily) with some mysis (thrice a week).

Is this a vitamin deficiency of some sort? Should also include bloodworms, brine, arctic shrimp, cyclops and some Nori in his diet? My other fish in the QT are doing well and show no ill effects though.

Any advice is appreciated.

Fish tb was my first thought as well. I would keep a close eye on him and hands out of the tank for the time being.

Noted. But shall I treat everyone with antibiotics in that case? Because right now he is in a QT with other fish.

Alright, the blenny now shows mild discoloration and a swollen spleen. It's definitely Fish TB. He's deteriorating pretty quick - I might have to put him down, and treat the other fish. Sigh.

Not sure if anyone is still reading, but I gave my TSB a second chance and decided to take him to the vet (overkill for a tiny guy, I know). I couldn't kill him outright since he has such a beautiful personality. The vet said it was highly unlikely to be Fish TB - the spleen wasn't swollen looking as I'd originally thought, the discolouration was most likely due to stress, and the kink was most likely a Vit. C or B deficiency. Which means my TSB is safe!

Also, his diet needs more variety and less pellets - more stuff like Nori (blended into bits so he can eat it more easily), finely chopped mysis and shrimp or krill and live BBS (not just frozen stuff). Too much staple pellets weren't enough for him. The kink might remain though, but at least he's not super sick like I'd thought.
