Rio 125 Light Fixture

Hi guys,

Is the T5 loghts of the rio 125 good currently i have 2x 28w Hi Lite Day. I was thinking of changing them to 1 28 watt high lite Blue and 1 28 watt high lite maribe. Here are link;

Will they be any good for soft corals and hard corals?

ATI T5 bulbs would be a much better choice- why not those? They are time tested to be great

That tank is roughly 37 gallons. That light wouldn't be good for much more than some softies IMO. But I don't have much experience with T5's.
