bpd207
Hello all, I've been away from reef keeping for about 7 years. I've decided to get back in, but going the nano route. My last was a beautiful 75g reef tank with sump, refugium, MH lighting and all the fancy bells and whistles. I'm taking a smaller, simpler approach this time. My new Biocube 14 was setup Saturday with dry sand and coralline encrusted live rock, about 15 pounds worth. This live rock was from a well established, trusted fellow reefer's tank. Unknowing to myself or him, a surprise was found last night...a pom pom crab with each claw holding a tiny anemone! He's had this tank for years and said he's never seen it, but said finders keepers. 5 days and zero trates, trites, or ammonia. SG at 1.025 and maintaining the temp at 75. Hopefully this quality rock will slightly decrease cycling times. Anyway, just wanted to say hi and looking forward to this new endeavor. -Chris Link to comment

bpd207
I will definitely try, he's pretty elusive. I saw him last night and he was nowhere to be found this morning before work. I have a hunch that he's inside a piece of live rock that has a small opening but appears to be hollow inside. I'm going to set up on him tonight and see if I can snap shot him. Link to comment
