i have a 57 at home that is starting to go into the final stages of development and will be filled as soon as i move into my new place. the problem is, my creativity is poop. My stick figures come out Picasso-esk. my MS Paint is even more boring with some triangles. My gf is the creative spirit but she has no idea what shes doing. Attached is a picture of what the tank looks like, although its no my specific tank. It has the massively intrusive Overflow. Also, smack dab in the middle i plan to have a rock with some zoas on it.... thats it...

I'd like for the communities help is laying out my aquarium. Thanks!

Flow:
Dual Loc-lines coming from the return fed by a Jebao dct8000
2 Jebao RW-4's

Light:
Reefbreeders Photon 24" Hung 8 inches off the water line

Coral:
Shrooms, zoas and LPS (MAYBE SPS down the road)

Fish:
2x: BlackIce Clowns
Firefish
Watchman
Some kind of Wrasse
Maybe something else ???

Are you planning to use dry rock or start with live rock? The size and shape of the rock you pick will greatly influence how you can place it in the tank. I would recommend getting a bunch of dry pieces and start laying them out in a space equal to the foot print of the tank. Then when you get something you like you can epoxy it together and place it in the water to start cycling.

I've seen people build up rock walls around those large center overflows & it looks awesome & natural & hides most of it.

yea, i plan to use BRS Reef Saver rock and will be using over 15 pounds of rock/ 5 pounds of sand form my current tank to seed the new tank.

i was mainly hoping for some ideas and rock configurations. also, did dont have an idea where im mounting the wavemakers lol
