Marine Depot
Why did you swap out the skimmer? Because we are spoiled and had it here to test. The CAD Lights skimmer is definitely a performer and an excellent value. The Vertex Omega, although more expensive, has been performing just awesome since we made the switch so we never looked back. rfalk
I see you guys are using a XR15w Pro and a XR30...do you think you could get away with using 2 XR15w Pros? Not sure if you are running the XR30 at or near 100%. About to receive the same tank and trying to decide what light to order from you guys. Thanks! Link to comment

Each XR15 covers up to 24x24 so two XR15’s would definitely be able to cover a 36” wide aquarium. We just happened to have an XR30 available and both lights are running under 50%. Just to get an idea, you can see the coverage of a single XR15 on the tank here: https://youtu.be/kut8xZdkORI?t=1m47s Link to comment
