Target feeding goby in deep tank?

My tank is 30" deep. My poor watchman goby is starving. I've been trying to get food down to him, and the other fish are snagging it before he can get it.

I was thinking sinking pellets dropped down a long tube, but this goby won't eat anything that isn't moving. So once it hits the bottom, it gets ignored.

Any other ideas?

I have the sea squirt and the opening is too small for the food my goby likes (mysis and flake). Does that one have a bigger opening?

You can buy a 3 pack of extra tips, just cut one to the opening size you need.

2 liter soda bottle with the bottom cut. angle it over the area the fish is (don't have to cover him and freak him out) - it will act as a funnel and allow the food to drop close to the fish.

I took a drill bit to mine and opened up the hole. Works great, for most all foods from pellets to reef frenzy.

I use this to http://www.amazon.com/Two-Little-Fishies-Julians-Purpose/dp/B007A3MBJS/ref=pd_sim_60_65?ie=UTF8&refRID=1M10H6KVQEHYFB8T13KM
