How old is the bulb and what kind is it? Also, is it a pendant or are there legs on the fixture? Shipping quote/guess to 27510?

I am not sure about the bulb, I think I only used it for about 4 months prior to taking it down. It was a 14k. The fixture is a pendant fixture
